Terms and Conditions
1. All orders placed require a minimum of 40% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to the event or right after the event is concluded.
2. In the event of a cancellation from the client, Sairam Caterers will refund the full deposit provided if the cancellation claim is made 30 days prior to your event booking.
3. In the event of a cancellation from the client within 30 days of your function, Sairam Caterers will retain the full amount deposited by the client.
4. In the unlikely event that Sairam Caterers will have to cancel your catering, the full amount will be refunded.
5. For bookings where only food is required without any additional services, the utensils that need to be returned should be washed thoroughly before being returned. Any utensils missing, damaged, or returned dirty will be charged for.
